About Angelina
Angelina Matos, the founder of Bee’s Balanced K9’s, has been surrounded by dogs for as long as she can remember. Growing up in her mother’s grooming shop, she learned the ins and outs of canine care from a young age—grooming everything from tiny Shih Tzus to large Retrievers. By eight years old, she was already hands-on with dogs, building the foundation for what would become a lifelong passion for understanding, guiding, and connecting with them.
With over seven years of professional dog training experience, Angelina has worked with dogs of every size, breed, and temperament—from energetic puppies to senior rescues learning to trust again. Her background spans competitive scent work, obedience trials, and years of rescue advocacy for dogs across the U.S. This diverse experience allows her to tailor training to each dog’s unique personality and needs.
At the heart of her approach is the belief that the relationship between dog and human is the foundation of lasting change. She emphasizes understanding each dog’s instincts, emotions, communication style, and environment, while teaching owners how to listen, respond, and build trust. Through this partnership, dogs gain confidence ,clarity, and owners gain balance, clarity and connection.
Angelina is especially passionate about behavioral modification, with a focus on helping dogs manage anxiety, reactivity, and uncertainty. She finds the greatest reward in guiding both dogs and their owners through challenges—showing that calm, confidence, and trust can replace fear and frustration. Her philosophy was deeply inspired by her heart dog, whose bond with her shaped the founding of Bee’s Balanced K9’s: a business built on skill, empathy, and a genuine love for helping dogs and their families thrive together.
She is a Certified Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and Urban CGC Evaluator, and holds canine CPR certification, ensuring every dog she works with is trained safely, compassionately, and professionally.
Through Bee’s Balanced K9’s, Angelina has helped countless families create more peaceful, trusting, and balanced relationships with their dogs. Her greatest joy comes from watching those relationships transform—from uncertainty to confidence, from tension to understanding, and from frustration to genuine harmony.

About Zamier
Zamier Clemons began his journey in dog training after adopting Milo, his first dog, and over the past five years has developed a deep commitment to understanding canine behavior and strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners. His expertise goes well beyond basic obedience, extending into protection sports and behavior modification, demonstrating a broad and adaptable skill set.
His passion for training is further reflected in his work preparing dogs for law enforcement roles. Developing patrol dogs for police departments demands exceptional precision, patience, and an advanced understanding of working-dog behavior. His contributions in this area support community safety and highlight the importance of proper development and reliability in high-stress environments.
His story is a testament to how far dedication, continuous learning, and genuine passion can take a person. It serves as an inspiration to anyone hoping to turn their love of animals into a meaningful and rewarding career.
